1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or using the MEMANTO open-source SDK, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as set out by Edge AI Innovations Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. What MEMANTO Is
MEMANTO is a free, open-source memory layer SDK for AI agents. It provides persistent semantic recall and is distributed under its open-source license (see the GitHub repository).
MEMANTO is built as a wrapper around the Moorcheh platform and SDK, also a product of Edge AI Innovations Inc. Pricing shown on this website refers to Moorcheh API key access — not MEMANTO itself, which is free.
3. Moorcheh Platform Terms
When you use the Moorcheh platform — including signing up for an API key, using the Moorcheh console, or any paid Moorcheh services — the Moorcheh Terms & Conditions govern that use. These MEMANTO Terms do not cover the Moorcheh platform.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MEMANTO to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or infrastructure
- Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
- Infringe on any intellectual property rights
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 MEMANTO Brand & Trademark
MEMANTO™ is a trademark of Edge AI Innovations Inc. The website design, logo, and associated brand assets are our property. Unauthorized use of the trademark is prohibited.
5.2 Open-Source SDK
The MEMANTO SDK is open-source. Your rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute it are governed by the open-source license in the repository, not these Terms.
5.3 Your Data
You retain full ownership of any data you process through MEMANTO. We make no claim over your data.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
MEMANTO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. As a free, open-source product, we provide no guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edge AI Innovations Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MEMANTO.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. We encourage resolving disputes informally first by contacting us at support@moorcheh.ai.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
